About Old Fashion Care
Regina Booker has spent her career making sure seniors can stay home — and thrive there.
Regina Booker founded Old Fashion Care with a belief that hasn't changed since day one: nobody should have to leave their home — and the people they love — just because they need some help.
Before starting OFC, Regina spent years working inside senior care facilities. She saw what worked, what didn't, and — most importantly — what families actually needed when a loved one's situation changed. She saw how hard families tried to manage on their own, and how much earlier a small amount of coordinated support could have made a difference.
So she built something different. Not a large agency with a call center and rotating staff. A personally managed coordination service where she knows every client, selects every caregiver, and stays involved throughout the relationship.
Regina holds a Bachelor's degree in long-term care, is a Certified Nursing Assistant, a Certified Medication Aid, a Certified Activity Coordinator, and served as a licensed care administrator from 2016 to 2018. Old Fashion Care is licensed in North Carolina.
When you call OFC, you talk to Regina. When a concern comes up, you call Regina. When something needs to change, Regina handles it. That's not how most care services work — and it's exactly the point.
"Nobody should have to leave their home just because they need some help."
— Regina Booker, Founder
Why families choose OFC
The difference is Regina.
Personal matching, not a database
Regina doesn't run an algorithm. She talks to your family, understands your loved one's personality and needs, and selects a caregiver she believes is genuinely the right fit. That takes longer than a form. It produces better outcomes.
One point of contact, always
At large agencies, you speak to whoever answers the phone. At OFC, you speak to Regina. She knows your family's situation, remembers the details, and handles concerns directly.
Certified, vetted professionals only
Every professional in OFC's network is credentialed and personally reviewed by Regina before any referral is made. Certifications aren't optional — they're the baseline.
Licensed and compliant in North Carolina
Old Fashion Care is a licensed home care coordinator in the state of North Carolina. Families can verify OFC's standing with the NC Division of Health Service Regulation.
